Poultry scalder by Wiesenfield is ideal for processing chickens before placing them in the plucker. The opening of the skin pores under the influence of high temperature ensures quick and efficient feather removal. The equipment is also suitable for ducks, geese, pheasants and turkeys. The machine is capable of steaming 3-5 chickens at the same time. Inside the scalder there is a removablesteel basketwith dimensions of 290 x 290 x 510 mm. The equipment hasa capacity of 70 liters. The casing is made ofstainless steel. Maintaining cleanliness is facilitated by thedrain tap. Simple operation thanks to the temperature setting knob and a separate on/off button.A sensitive thermostat is responsible for controlling the heater.It is recommended to scald:chickens at 60-65deg C for 70-90 s, ducks at 63-66deg C for 160-180 s, geese at 70-72deg C for 120-130 s, pheasants at 63-67deg C for 70-90 s, turkeys at 51-54deg C for 80-95 s.
