A fully automatic thermostat ensures constant temperature. Efficient heating elements with a power of 4400 W allow you to quickly reach the operating temperature in the range of 50-300 degrees Celsius, which can be set using handy knobs. The plate is made of cast iron. It quickly transfers heat from the heating element to the food and at the same time maintains a high temperature for a long time. The 10 mm thick board has dimensions of 727 x 420 mm. The smooth surface also allows you to fry fried eggs or pancakes. The grill is equipped with an anti-splash cover that effectively protects the walls and surroundings against grease splashes. The housing of the catering grill plate is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore particularly resistant to corrosion, neutral in contact with food and easy to maintain. Easy cleaning also ensures effective grease removal. The electric grill has a removable drawer connected to a drainage system, into which excess fat from frying flows. The drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned. The stability of the device is guaranteed by non-slip feet that do not scratch the work surface.
