The knife was made in Spain. The slightly smoothed
surface at the cutting edge "silk edge #8221 makes cutting even more precise than with standard knives. Blades made of innovative, martensitic stainless steel
NITRUMreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Blades with a rounded back, forged from one piece of steel. Handles made of POM are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the shank using rivets made of stainless steel.
