NITRUMreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Forged from one piece of steel. The handles made of POM are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the shank using rivets made of stainless steel.
The handles have a BACTIPROOF SILVERreg coating to reduce the accumulation of bacteria to a minimum. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. A Japanese-style knife, perfect for preparing sushi - it is the Japanese equivalent of a chef's knife. The ball grinding prevents the cut product from sticking to the blade.
