Hendi 830055The Hendi stainless steel pan is a universal dish that can be used in professional food establishments and catering facilities as well as in home kitchens. It is made of stainless steel and its outer surface is satinated with a polished edge. The bottom of the pan is a sandwich type construction (steel 304, 18/10
combines the properties of aluminium in the field of heat distribution with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel.The bottom of the pan was produced in IMPACT BONDING technology, which ensures perfect bonding of layers and thus corrosion resistance and increased heat conduction.
Acid-resistant steel inside the pan it allows to prepare sour meals, and solid non-heatable handles provide comfortable work with the pan.
