It works with1600 Wpower and quickly reaches the operating temperature. The powerful engine ensures accurate heat distribution inside the machine, thanks to which the beans heat up and crack evenly. The device allows you to produce 16 liters of popcorn per hour (approx. 5 - 6 kg/hour). So it is perfect for commercial use. The machine works with 2 different temperatures. For popcorn with sugar, use a lower temperature of 150°C, and for classic popcorn we recommend a temperature of 180°C. This makes the popcorn machine particularly suitable for snack bars in cinemas, at all kinds of events or at large festivals. Here's how to get crispy popcorn: use coconut oil as it can withstand temperatures up to 240deg C without burning. The pot is covered with Teflon, so the popcorn does not burn. This makes cleaning easier, reduces costs and makes snacks lighter because less oil is needed for the corn. The pot also has a stirrer that rotates at a minimum height above the bottom, mixing the beans inside. The mixing mode is activated by a separate button. The pot has adiameter of 18.5 cm and a depth of 5.8 cm. It is emptied easily using a handy plastic handle, thus avoiding burns. The lightweight lid of the popcorn pot maintains the temperature inside and ensures that when tilted, the finished corn easily spills out into the lower chamber of the machine.
