Description of the functionality of the blade:
1. The front part of the blade is suitable for cutting small vegetables, e.g. garlic.
2. A thick ridge can be used to break small ankles or open shellfish.
3. The side side of the blade can flatten the fillets, pick up chopped herbs, etc.
4. Soft and hard products can be cut using the middle part of the blade. The blade with curved shape is ideal for chopping herbs.
5. The reverse part of the blade can be cut with elements difficult to cross. The transfer of force is optimal in this part.
