  • - special alloy of chrome-molybdenum-veranium surgical steel X50CrMOV15 guarantees: excellent cutting properties, very sharp and durable blade, easy sharpening, resistance to dirt
  • - hygienically compatible with HACCP handle design prevents the accumulation of remnants in the connection points
  • - the production process of knives consists of 50 stages
  • - The knife has the perfect cutting edge
  • - hot-rolled from one piece of steel

Description of the functionality of the blade:
