RCNK-4-GN Professional cooking pot for pasta and pierogóg. It can easily cook frozen food.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it has three separate chambers, two with cooking baskets and one with a GN 1/3 container.
All chambers have a water drain and separate temperature control. Thanks to this solution, you can prepare dishes of different flavors and one chamber to keep the finished dishes warm and the others with different temperature for cooking. The GN 1/3 container chamber will also be perfect as a GN saucer for keeping the sauces warm.
The baskets are made of steel mesh with small mesh, which allows you to cook very fine and thin spaghetti pasta, tortellini or tagliatelle.
The water containers are covered with a lid with holes in the baskets
