The knife was made in Spain. The slightly smoothed
surface at the cutting edge "silk edge #8221 makes cutting even more precise than with standard knives. Blades made of innovative, martensitic stainless steel
NITRUMreg with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Blades with a rounded back, forged from one piece of steel. Handles made of POM are perfectly balanced and directly connected to the shank using stainless steel rivets. The serrated blade is perfect for tomatoes and other delicate vegetables and fruits.
