MIG/MAG, TIG or MMA technique. The machine with a modern IGBT inverter can also be used as a plasma cutter. Operating parameters are set on a transparent, digital panel with two LED screens. It allows you to determine the technique, welding current and time before and after gas flow. The panel will also allow you to select pre-set parameters that will help you achieve the best results. The device has a synergy function in which when one welding parameter is changed, the others are adjusted accordingly. For
MIG/MAG welding, spools with a diameter of
up to 200 mm are used to ensure long working time. The feeder is designed for wires with a diameter of
0.8 - 1.2 mm. The speed is adjustable in the range
2-15 m/min. The multifunctional welder allows welding using the
TIG DC method and obtaining high-quality welds in various positions. Thanks to high-frequency ignition, a stable arc is obtained from the very beginning and welds with high power
up to 200 A. The welding current set below
110 A allows you to work without interruption. For processing thin sheets from 0.5 mm, turn on the
Pulsefunction and connect almost all melting metals, such as steel, stainless steel, copper or nickel. The elements can be connected in various positions, whether vertically, horizontally or overhead. The plasma torch will easily cut metals up to 15 mm thick at a maximum current of 50 A. The plasma arc is generated using compressed air. This cools the torch while cutting and leaves a clean edge. As with gas shielded welding methods, here you also have the option of using a 2-step or 4-step mode. The pilot arc is ignited at high frequency. Effective even without gas when welding with electrodes. MMA welding allows you to work outdoors and in strong winds. The method works without additional gas. The multi-function welder delivers a very stable current - ideal for good results. The
VDR functionprovides greater safety when welding MMA, especially in humid environments.
The Hot Startfunction obtains an increased welding current for a short time after starting work. In this way, welding is stable and clean.
