The Stamos MAGITEX 250 MIG/MAG welder uses the latest IGBT inverter technology and offers the highest level of versatility and quality. Smooth regulation of the welding currentup to 250 Aprovides optimal welds for many different tasks. When welding with wire, you can choose between solid wire, which requires shielding gas, or cored wire without additional gas. The Migomat is complemented with an MMA welding option, which allows it to be used outdoors in windy conditions without any problems. It is also possible to work with the TIG Liftarc method. All operating values ​​are always visible on the clearly arranged control panel. It is equally easy to choose the welding method between MIG/MAG, with self-shielded wire (FLUX), TIG Liftarc and MMA, as well as switching between2T and 4Tmodes. At full power, the MIG welder reaches250 A and 60%duty cycle. It also has an integrated storage space for a wire spool. Depending on the type and diameter of the welding wire, the appropriate mode is selected on the control panel or the SYNC mode is turned on so that the parameters are selected automatically. MIG welding uses inert gases for copper, magnesium and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys. In turn, the MAG method requires active gas to optimally combine structural steel, steel and most of their alloys. For welding without shielding gas, use cored wire and select FLUX mode. The TIG method in this model uses Liftarc ignition to activate the arc. For spot welding, select the SPOT function on the display. Using the panel, you can easily determine the current strength up to 200 A. MMA welding mode is mainly used for welding iron or copper, as well as alloys such as cast iron or steel. Because stick welding does not require gas, the device can also be used in demanding conditions, such as wind. The Arc Force function ensures optimal results thanks to a stable arc.
