The Steinberg Systems kit includes not only the laser module with Air Assist, but also a protective cover, a fixed focus plate and all connection and mounting accessories for quick and uncomplicated installation.
The system has a precision booster nozzle on the laser head with an impressive air flow of 27 l/min at a pressure of 27 Pa. It will not only cool the material, but also remove dust and fumes, ensuring accurate results. The laser itself has a huge power of 10 W and generates waves of 450 nm. This short length will not only allow you to engrave quickly at a speed of up to 1 m/min, but also cut precisely at a speed of up to 10 cm/min with a focusing width of 45 mm.
Thanks to the included protective cover, the laser can be operated comfortably and safely without protective glasses. The versatility of the laser module and simplified operation thanks to the fixed focus plate will allow you to process a wide range of materials quickly and error-free.
You can use it for plywood, acrylic, MDF, wood and paper, leather, bamboo, plastic, rubber, aluminum and even stainless steel. Allows you to cut elements up to 8 mm thick (plywood). The complete package can be connected to regular engraving machines and CNC milling machines, facilitating integration into work environments and enabling trouble-free use.
