The knife was made in Spain. The blades are made of rolled sheet metal - from the innovative martensitic
NITRUMreg stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made of polypropylene, which is injected directly onto the pin, which increases the durability of the connection. The surface of the handles is textured and highly rough, which prevents it from slipping out of your hand (anti-slip).
The handles have a BACTIPROOF SILVERreg coating to reduce the accumulation of bacteria to a minimum. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. Perfect for quartering and cutting raw meat.
The knife is not dishwasher safe. This small, solid knife will be perfect for cutting and peeling small vegetables and fruits.
