221297Japanese mandolin by Hendi is a
premium quality product produced in Japan. The cutting quality is comparable to professional knives, but thanks to the mandolin, slices or vegetable decorations are always as perfect, precisely even and much faster. The mandolin comes with one built-in flat blade, the cutting thickness is easily and smoothly adjusted using a knob in the range of 1-5 mm. Thanks to its wider working surface, it is ideal for larger vegetables such as zucchini, cabbage or eggplant. The blades are made of SUS 420J2 stainless steel, the housing is made of ABS. For safety, the slicer has a finger guard. Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
