10013529The gas spit for chicken by Royal Catering allows you to offer delicious chicken, roast beef, lamb legs, roasts and many other freshly prepared and crispy delicacies. The six rotating skewers hold up to 36 chickens, which can be cooked evenly, delicately and with crispy skin. This is made possible by heating zones that are turned on and off independently of each other. The grill is equipped with piezoelectric ignition. The device is factory-adapted to I3B/P(50) gas, but thanks to the included nozzles it can also be used for natural gas or LPG. The power output is
4 x 5.5 kW.
Heat-resistant tempered glass doors and lighting provide a perfect view of the baking process. The casing is made ofstainless steel, it does not absorb taste or odors, it is particularly durable and very easy to clean. Thanks tofourwheels, you can easily place the machine anywhere. Solid construction and two parking brakes ensure its stability. The heating element uses an infrared ceramic plate that transfers heat directly to the object being heated. When it is turned on, the air between the heat source and the object - mainly oxygen and nitrogen - is insensitive to infrared radiation. These gases do not absorb infrared energy, which means that their temperature will be much lower than the temperature of the heated object. Compared to convection heat transfer, this method reduces energy consumption because the intermediate media is not heated.
