The bands have the same dimensions (8 x 76 cm), but each of them is characterized by a different resistance value: - - resistance of the pink rubber (light) - 8-14.5 kg
- - resistance of the gray rubber (medium) - 13.5-22.5 kg
- - resistance of black rubber (heavy) - 20.5-31.5 kg
They are made of polyester cotton, which ensures durability and solidity.
They have a silicone, non-slip strip insidewhich will prevent the bands from slipping during exercise. To make the tapes serve you longer, wash them in cold water and dry them thoroughly in a well-ventilated room. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
