Italian device that is distinguished by its high engine power enabling the cutting of hard sausages, cheeses, cold cuts as well as meat and fish (without bones). The cutting thickness is adjustable with a knob in the range of
0-16 mm.
Built-in sharpener ensures constant effectiveness of the cutting disc. The engine is air-cooled and has overheating protection. The device's casing is made of aluminum, the worktop is made of extruded aluminum sheet, and the blades are made of
stainless steel. The device meets all safety requirements for devices for professional use, i.e.: setting the knob to the cutting thickness "0" keeps the blade behind its cover, protection against starting when the sharpener is removed or the blade cover is removed, the possibility of locking and removing the trolley only when the blade is set to the "0" thickness position, blade protection in the form of a permanently attached ring.
