Temperature regulation in the range from 30 to 90 degrees Celsius is ensured by a 900 W heater and allows precise adjustment of the heat to the type of dish. The GN 1/1 container included in the set is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The capacity of the container is 13 liters and the height is 100 mm. The GN container is suitable for use in stoves and refrigerators. The water bathtub is made of durable plastic, resistant to high temperatures. The water in the container evaporates and heats the GN container (from the bottom). There is a water level indicator on the bathtub wall from 2 to 3 liters. The control panel consists of a control lamp, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting the temperature at 5 levels.
