How the PET bottle press works:- place the bottle in the press with a stopper pointing up
- loosen the cap so the air can get out of the bottle freely
- Press the crusher lever down
- when pressing the bottle is too difficult check that the cap is loose enough
- press the lever until it reaches the bottom position
- before releasing the lever tighten the cap so that the air cannot return to the bottle
