The TRON 200 multifunctional welder enables efficient and safe joining of metals usingMIG/MAG, TIG, MMA or FCAWmethods. Operating modes are selected easily and you can quickly switch between them thanks to the efficient IGBT inverter. The result: almost flawless, high-quality welds. The device has10 working programsto set them, you must define your own initial settings and save them. Therefore, you do not have to enter the welding parameters anew each time. The welder will save all settings. The clearly visible control panel allows you to select all parameters. The knob and buttons for selecting functions are easily accessible even when wearing welding gloves. The intuitive menu allows you to easily change welding parameters. The selected values are displayed on a clearLED display. InMIG/MAG welding, gases protect the weld - in MIG welding, these are inert gases, and in MAG, active gases. This method allows for quick and effective welding. The wire feeder has a speed of 2 to 14 m/min and is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.6 to 1 mm. For MIG welding, you can use a spool holder (not included) that places the welding wire directly into the torch. Thanks to the synergy function, you can optimally set all parameters during MIG/MAG welding. You select the welding current in the rangefrom 50 to 200 Aand the welder will automatically set other parameters, such as welding voltage and wire feed speed. TIG - metal welding with a narrow welding zone and few reworks. The TIG method in the TRON 200 device involves the use of Liftarc ignition to activate the arc. Thanks to this, sensitive electronic devices located nearby, such as mobile phones, computers or control systems, will not be exposed to external factors. Tungsten precipitates and you have problems with ignition? With this process you can forget about it - even with long hose sets. TIGwelding is suitable for welding most metals with a thickness of 1 mm and more. You'll be working with little sparks or spatter, in any position. The result: high-quality, clean welds and almost no deformation. You want to weld outdoors and in strong winds - choose electric arc welding (MMA). This method works without the use of additional gas. The welder generates a very stable current - ideal for achieving good welding results. TheArc Force and Anti Stick functions turn on automatically and enable comfortable welding. FCAW welding involves creating welds using a welding wire - without additional gas. This makes this method very useful - ideal for minor outdoor repairs.
