die for a pellet machine from the

the production of pellets with a diameter of 6 mm. Its dimensions correspond exactly to the granulator and it can be replaced with a standard matrix in just a few simple steps. The matrix is made of a durable steel alloy that easily withstands intensive use. It retains its shape even for years. The pellet sieve can be installed in the WIE-PM-1500 or WIE-PM-500 pellet machine. With
a diameter of 120 mmand a
height of 18 mmits dimensions fit exactly under the pressure roller. During installation, ensure a gap of 0.1 to 0.3 mm between the matrix and the roll. Professionally installed, it reliably and evenly produces pellets which, depending on their composition, can be used to feed animals or fertilize the garden.
Pelleting dies can be used for up to 300 hours. If they are worn out, they should be replaced immediately.
