even heat distributionthanks to the fans. The furnace casing and chamber are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Solid "L"-shaped guides allow you to place
4 GN 1/1 trays (not included). The distance between the guides is 73 mm. The device's door is glazed, double-layered, gravity-ventilated and opens from the top. Two fans are self-reverse, with 2 speeds (main and reduced). The furnace has a modern control panel with colorful icons. Humidification is direct, 10-step and electronically controlled. The controls are cooled. The device is equipped with a pre-heating function up to 180 degrees Celsius. The oven is programmable and has 99 programs, each with 4 steps. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 30-260deg C.
