MKF511TSThe Tecnoeka combi-steam oven, model Millennial Touch Screen Gastro with an automatic washing system is a solid and modern solution for professional kitchens.
It is equipped with an electronic, 7-inch (480×(H)800 mm), color, TFT touch control panel. Electronic control allows very precise setting of the desired cooking parameters. It allows you to save new and update old cooking recipes. The control menu is written in as many as 42 languages, including: in Polish and English. The function of delaying the start of the oven by 24 hours will be useful in order to prepare the oven or a dish before employees come to work.
Door opening lockat 60deg, 90deg, 120deg and 180deg, prevents burns to the staff due to uncontrolled movement of the door after opening it. The oven serves as a banquet cabinet - it maintains the serving temperature and proper hydration of the dishes until they are served. The outer glass of the furnace is cooled by gravity, which increases safety.
The oven has an automatic washing system. 4 washing programs: eco, normal, intensive and rinsing are perfectly adapted to the different level of dirt in the chamber. The Pre-heating function allows you to pre-heat the oven chamber to a temperature 30 degrees Celsius higher than the set temperature.
The probe with 3 temperature control points is used to determine and measure the temperature inside the cooked product. The device has additional functions such as:
Multilevel - which allows the simultaneous preparation of different dishes requiring the same conditions but different thermal processing times, the process can be started at the same time and
Cooldown -which allows the oven chamber to be quickly cooled in order to start the next cooking process, but requiring a much lower temperature.
