Dry-Oil is a function that maintains the high quality of the oil by removing excess moisture, allowing the device to achieve the highest level of vacuum generation. Marinate mode is used to repeat the cycle of creating a vacuum and releasing air from the bag, which allows optimal marination of food in the shortest possible time.
